To fully implement the company's quality policy and embody the core values of our corporate culture, DFS is launching the “2025 Quality Month” campaign under the theme:
“2025 Quality Month – Zero Defects, Rooted in Quality, Deep Global Cultivation, Advancing High-Quality Development!”

This initiative aims to encourage company-wide participation in quality management and to build a high-quality, efficient production environment.


Kick-off and Core Philosophy

At the 2025 Quality Month Kick-off Meeting, the Head of the Quality Department presented a comprehensive overview of this year’s campaign plan, emphasizing the philosophy:
“Quality Improvement Has No End.”

This initiative is not just a special event, but a strategic move to implement DFS’s quality enhancement strategy and strengthen quality awareness among all employees. The campaign will run throughout April 2025, aiming to gain practical experience and establish a long-term quality management mechanism, continuously pursuing the goal of “Zero Defects.”


Employee Quality Commitment

Department heads led all employees in a solemn oath:
“Quality is life, standards are the bottom line!”

All staff pledged their determination through three key commitments:

  1. Quality as Lifeline
    We regard quality as the lifeline of the enterprise, upholding the standard of zero defects to safeguard our foundation for growth.
  2. Systematic Execution
    We will enhance quality execution through systematic training and process control to ensure compliance throughout the entire workflow.
  3. Building a Quality Community
    We will forge a quality community, create competitive advantages through quality, earn market recognition through our reputation, and continuously create greater value by improving customer satisfaction.

Quality Commitment Wall

Following the opening speech, representatives from each department signed the “Quality Commitment Wall”, a gesture symbolizing a solemn promise to customers and a steadfast commitment to uphold quality.

DFS believes that striving for excellence in every detail, collaborating at every stage, and learning from every improvement are essential to achieving the “Zero Defects” goal and driving long-term company growth.
